Ingredientes (2 personas):
10 prawns.
(shelled, keep the tail
and remove the casing)
2 bay leaves.
1 cup white wine.
1 tablespoon of vinegar.
Saffron (to taste).
1 lemon juice.
Salt and pepper (to taste).
Lettuce (fresh).
300 g Avosnerja Guacamole.
Recipe:
Cook the prawns in water, wine, lemon and bay leaf, add salt, pepper and saffron threads.
When they have a beautiful pink colour, remove from heat and transfer to ice water. Drain.
Place the prawns on the plate and the guacamole on top of them.......mmmmmm.... delicious!
