Ingredients (4 people):

1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
paprika
1 courgette
3 tomatoes
240 gr. minced meat
4 tbsp of boiled red beans.
8 cc Mexican sauce.
4 Mexican tortillas.
Salt, pepper.
1 tub of Avosnerja Guacamole.

Recipe:

Peel the onion and chop it. Peel the garlic and chop it. Gently brown them in oil.

Clean half of the pepper, remove the seeds and finally cut it.

Wash the courgette. In a frying pan, add the pepper and courgette and simmer for 5 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes, peel and crush them. Stir in the pepper and courgette. Add the meat, red beans and Mexican sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Boil it for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven ( 200°C ).
Fold the toritillas to form a cone and fill them with the preparation. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve with Avosnerja guacamole, salad and raw vegetables.
