4 flour tortillas.
100g. ham.
100g. gouda cheese (or any type we have at home).
Onion.
Chilli (or red pepper).
1 red pepper.
1 tomato.
Salt.
Orégano.
1 jar Avosnerja Guacamole.
Recipe:
Take ham and cheese and slice thin. Extend slices on the tortilla. Place another tortilla on top to make a sandwich.
Chop onion and the chilli in small cubes and spread on top.
Oven it (250º - 10min.) or cook it in the microwave (2 min.)
Tomato sauce: Smash tomato and chop pepper in very small pieces, add salt and oregano and stir up.
Accompany it by Avosnerja guacamole and natural tomato to taste.
