1 clove garlic.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
240 g. mince beef 5% gm.
4 tbs. Boiled red beans.

Peel and dice the onion. Peel and dice the garlic .Stir-fry gently until golden.
Halve the pepper wash it, remove seeds and slice it.
Wash the mallow. Put the pepper and the mallow into a pan and cook on low heat for 5 min.
Wash, peel and mash the tomatoes. Add the pepper and the mallow. Add the meat, the boiled red beans and the Mexican dip. Season it with salt and pepper.
Boil for 15 min.
Serve with Avosnerja guacamole, salad and raw vegetables
Preheat the oven (200ºC).
Fold the tortillas into a cone shape and filled them with the resulting preparation.
Cook them in the oven for 10 min.
